House Rules
We require all events to comply with our house rules. Please review them prior to requesting your event.

Our space is a do-it-yourself open innovation space. Budget time and staff to set up in the beginning, clean up at the end and other logistical needs. Always leave the space the same as you find it when you come early to set up for your event.

Be respectful of the offices and other events and innovation tours in the space. Please also clean up garbage and supplies you use as you go about your day.

Please note the capacity limits of the space for fire safety limits (139) and for events after 5pm (75). Do not exceed these limits without additional approval.

SAP is proud to be a purpose driven company, and we encourage action and conversation around the topic. At the same time, we maintain political neutrality, so we ask that you refrain from any display of political commentary while hosting events in the space.

Since we do not charge, our space falls under an in-kind donation, and we cannot host revenue generating events such as fundraisers or ticketed events that generate moneys greater than costs associated with the event without special approval.

Please check-in and check-out with the SAP lead for your event. We can guide you on how to both properly set up for your event and put everything back in the proper place at the end.

Please incorporate the venue sponsor slide found here into your presentation, if you are presenting at the SAP Leonardo Center New York.

If using Eventbrite, Meetup or other online platforms to register guests, please refer to our guidelines here.

For non-SAP events: We ask external teams to add this note to their sign-up page: "By registering, you agree that your personal data may be shared with SAP for the limited purpose of facilitating your security check in for the event."

We ask all organizers to sign our SAP partnership agreement once their event has been approved. Your SAP lead will provide you with the documentation and guide you through the process after you have submitted your event.
